Is California Beef Bad or was it really a “Random Mutation”

April 25th 2012- One mad cow was found dead (5 year old cow) in a California Central Valley farm and it’s being referred to as a “random mutation”. The USDA hasn’t had to deal with “mad cow” for over 5 years. 2006 was the last time any American had to worry about the beef they were eating and how it could effect them and their family. Now South Korea has band the sale of California beef and the world is watching.
