2013 WCM News – Global Increase in Seismic Activity in 2012

January 1st, 2013-
The world has been watching for 2012 to come to an end. Not the end of days, but the close of another year for the books. With 2012 the world has experienced tremendous natural events. From major earthquakes to minor tsunamis to the eastern coast of the US being hit by what some call a “perfect storm”, also nicknamed “frankenstorm”.

Along with all the events of 2012, seemed to be a major increase in 5.0+ earthquakes around the world. As documented on the USGS.gov website.

Now with the knowledge of increasing seismic tension and quakes world wide, one should truly feel the need to want to be prepared. Most defiantly if you find yourself living along the west coast of the Americas. There is lots to do to become more prepared and it starts by just getting a little extra food, water, and knowledge.
Make 2013 a year to remember to become more self reliant and prepared.
